IntegRH© aims to secure your recruitment with an integral support program specifically dedicated to the integration of your new employee. IntegRH© wants to be easy and flexible in order to adapt perfectly to your needs, and is an integral part of our recruitment services. Everything is included, and you access it automatically and simply. 

It is an integral model that covers the entire recruitment process from the expression of need to personalized support during the notice period until confirmation of the end of it.

To meet your needs of integration and retention of the new employee, we integrate a personalized professional coaching. A pack of 5 or 10 sessions will be dedicated to the new employee and / or the employees of the HR departments of your company, as long as the notice period has not been confirmed.

You are free to use this coaching time as you wish, to the best of your needs, and especially those of your new employee.

The coaching sessions will be provided by a qualified professional coach, member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a specialist in healthcare companies with 20 years of varied and operational managerial experience.
